      I really wanted to do specifically my PhD because I really liked the idea of trying to find these space echos. They could have really important ramifications for learning about the rest of the universe which really excites me.

      When I was growing up I was always really interested in space. I lived in Australia, so the night sky was really dark and clear. In terms of science communication, I didn’t know I wanted to do this job until a few years ago. I started doing it and just really enjoyed it.
