Question: How is it being an experimental physicist and a fire fighter?

It is great! One job is full time and the other is part time. Both jobs are fun to do in different ways. For the firefighter job, I do part time and I am only on call about 50 hours a week and we train once a week. We don’t get that many call outs but when we do, I like to help people that need us even if it means risking my life.
